Looking for a creative activity to keep the kids off their devices this half-term? Come and join our cartoon drawing and illustration workshops where your child will explore classic cartooning and illustration techniques, develop confidence to talk about their art and produce a number of drawings to take away. Wednesday 25 October 2023 10:00am - 12:00pm for ages 6-10 but these age boundaries are only a guide. Please contact us if you feel your child would be more suited for the teenagers' workshop for 11 - 16 year olds. This is a fun and lighthearted workshop suitable for children of all levels of drawing ability. My gently paced, step-by-step tuition emphasises positive reinforcement and confidence building whilst encouraging creative, analytical and visual presentation skills to complement the National Curriculum in Art & Design. This is a great way to introduce your child to the fundamentals of drawing technique in a safe and inclusive environment with other like-minded children. Each session covers topics such as planning, sketching and drawing classic figures and scenes from Japanese manga and anime. Upon booking you will receive a confirmation email with a request to complete an online Registration Form.
