Looking for an ideal family activity to keep the kids occupied this half-term? Come and join my cartoon drawing and illustration workshops. Spaces are limited to 12. Booking is essential. Where? De La Casa, 9 Keymer Rd, Hassocks BN6 8AD When? Tuesday 24 October 2023 13:00pm - 15:00pm for ages 11 -16 but these age boundaries are only a guide. Please contact us if you feel your child would be more suited for the children's workshop for 6 - 10 year olds. This is a fun and lighthearted workshop suitable for children/teens of all levels of drawing ability. My gently paced, step-by-step tuition emphasises positive reinforcement and confidence building whilst encouraging creative, analytical and visual presentation skills to complement the National Curriculum in Art & Design. This is a great way to introduce your child to the fundamentals of drawing technique in a safe and inclusive environment with other like-minded teens. Each session covers topics such as planning, sketching and drawing classic figures and scenes from Japanese manga and anime. Upon booking you will receive a confirmation email with a request to complete an online Registration Form.
